A hop, skip and jump from the Maribyrnong River, Hop Nation Brewing Co. has revealed its new-look taproom. Under the soaring ceilings of a 19th-century former factory, 17 taps pour tank-fresh beers and seltzers from winemakers-turned-brewers Sam Hambour and Duncan Gibson. At in-house kitchen Good Pizza, ex-Figlia chef Alex Addams Williams slings slices crafted with long-ferment dough.
