RAISING THE BAR

Sydney’s Odd Culture Group has headed south, with its first Melbourne venue opening on a prime corner in Fitzroy. The new Odd Culture bar and craft bottle shop has the same fixation on fermentation as its sister in Newtown and, luckily for Melbourne, the original’s cult pâté has made the migration, too. It comes laced with fish sauce and studded with potato chips for easy scooping.
