Sticks ‘n’ Stones

Occasionally I’ve christened my bikes. I know, I’m sad, but it just happens. It’s easier to give ’em a name rather than constantly referring to ‘The Ducati with the black frame’ to differentiate it from the others in the flock of a similar, but slightly different, spec.

The Ducati in question became ‘Donald’. Yes, I know, and sorry for that. Previously there had been Mugwump, my long-suffering 350 AJS, and Bazil, the 1961 Bonneville. My race bikes also copped monikers: my GSX1100 Pro-Stock
