What’s your connection with Taiwan?

My parents’ families have been in Taiwan for over 300 years, so even though I was born and raised in the US we would go back every year. We’re from a city in the south called Tainan, which is arguably the culinary capital of Taiwan. Then in 2020, I settled in the capital, Taipei.
