Mindful moment

was a little late reading the August edition of. I blame it on being a teacher, and the crazy schedules the end of term brings – along with me moving schools! With each copy of the magazine I pick up, I think I won’t hear anything I haven’t heard before, but it always amazes me how wrong I am. I did a mindfulness course through work this year (it helped me rethink my priorities and resulted in a confidence boost to change jobs), and I’ve found everything I read in the August issue echoing the sessions from my helped me think about how lucky I am to have six weeks off before a new school year begins. Or maybe, being a long Covid sufferer, just how fortunate I am to be alive post-pandemic! Thank you,.
