PREFACE

I guess I’ve had writer’s block for forty years. This is no mean feat, as I’m only forty-eight years old, but nevertheless, there it is. It took me until nearly my forty-fifth birthday to believe that what I’m doing was real. Even six months ago when I wrote that message, a little cynical voice in the back of my monkey mind (as the Buddhists call it) accused me of falsifying the words, of making it up.

In any case, there’s nothing special about me. I’m just an ordinary woman who lives in a small Southern town in the Bible belt. I figure if I can do it, if I can hear and channel Messages from Angels, Ancestors, Spirit Guides, and sentient beings from other worlds – and apparently, I am doing it! – then anybody can do it, too. I’m here to show you what’s possible now… and to be a living example of the next step.

The channeling started out as automatic writing, simply taking a pen and a notebook and writing whatever came out. I found it helped to allow my eyes to go slightly out of focus so I couldn’t really see what was coming out of the pen. I tend to edit on the fly! But this was different. The writing was smoother, gentler somehow. The words sounded more like poetry, or something you’d read in a historical novel, instead of my usual style of writing, although it was still familiar somehow. I’ve always enjoyed writing, but this new form was a welcome change from my chatty Christmas newsletters, action-packed blog entries, or formally-worded grant applications. This was like liquid.

I had no idea how to start anything, so I defaulted to that old-standby of the post-2000s digital age – I Googled it. And when the thousands upon thousands of entries came up, I slogged through the top five or ten, concentrating on the logistical parts I’m comfortable with: setting up a Kindle author’s account, figuring out that an e-Book is best prepared in Word, working on spacing issues. But now it’s time to start writing. The actuality of it. The real deal. The book itself. What do I do now? I sit at the computer scared to death that nothing will come out. That I’ll end up with one hundred and fifty pages of nothing and end up publishing a totally blank book, the sum total of my knowledge to date.

So here it is – my first book, and my gift to you. The one that took me the longest and cost me the most in terms of my pride and my ego. They were the first to go! But somehow, those losses are good ones, and it was all worth the amazing words that flowed effortlessly from my pen. I am home.

INTRODUCTION (OR, HOW TO USE THIS BOOK)

Before you buy this book, you should know a few things. I believe in reincarnation and past lives (and lives taking place in other simultaneous dimensions, too). I believe there are numerous other sentient beings in our Universe, and some of those other beings have already visited Earth and are even here now. Finally, I hear Angels, usually Archangel Michael, and also some of these other extra-dimensional beings – I think of them as My Team – and I write down in my journal what They say.

The book you hold in your hands is a verbatim transcript of these journals I’ve been keeping. The only entries I left out were the completely personal messages that My Team sent me, and which simply weren’t relevant to anyone but me. I changed the names of the people My Team talks about, so they won’t be embarrassed, except for my friend Lelon, who gave permission to leave his name intact. Other than that, these pages contain much of what I’ve used the automatic writing process to put down. You’re watching me go through the process of Ascension, as you will soon go (or already going!) through this process yourself. I suggest you skim through this book and find passages to read – they’re in chronological order, so start anywhere. Flip through the book and let intuition stop you on the page you need to see that day. In most cases, the material doesn’t build on previous material (except in a few cases, which is why I’ve included an index and a glossary), so you can read this book out of order, from front to back, or sporadically. I’ve also included some amazing stuff in the Additional Reading section, and I strongly urge you to do some digging of your own.

You also need to know that My Team has a sense of humor, and They laugh with me, and at me… a lot. I simply write down what I hear, so you may see (laughter), which means my Team just said something that They found funny, or delightful; or They are happy; or perhaps I just thought something that They considered ridiculous, and They responded to that by laughing incredulously.

A lot of what I write is new to me – I don’t really know or understand what I’ve written until I go back and read it afterwards, and some of it seems a little out there, but when I go back, it all feels real, and True, so what the heck… just go with it. I invite you to use your own discernment when you read this book. Read it and feel it – use your first instinct, your gut feelings, your discernment. In other words, take from this book what resonates with you. I hope that these first words resonate with you and inspire you to realize the Truth: you are nothing less than a Divine Spark temporarily residing inside a human body, and your Divine birthright is to co-create and have an amazing experience. It’s all there, and it’s all true.

Remember, I’m just a regular person like you, just with this mission to be in the front wave, so others can look and see what’s coming at the top of the next hill. In that spirit, I offer myself – the raw me – and hope it is of use to you on this journey we’re all on together.

Archangel Michael:

The end of all things is coming – the separation between what is, and what is to come – what will be. Endless summer is upon the face of the Earth…

[author’s note: At this point, I was so freaked out, I hid my notebook and didn’t pick it back up for a month. Then, as we say in the South, I put on my big girl panties and decided to write down whatever came out of my pen, without editing, and with no judgment. Even if I thought it was crazy, and even if it felt like I was just making it up.]

DECEMBER 16, 2014

Archangel Michael:

Sorrow lends perspective. There’s nothing like pain to bring you right into the moment. Here in this realm we do not see good and bad as you do – there are simply actions and their consequences or outcomes. We do not assign labels like good, or bad, or high or low. Everything just is.

We know that the Vessel [Michele] is unhappy. We know that the Vessel fell yesterday and hurt the physical body. We know that she’s wondering why. And the answer is that she was too much in her head, and she needed to be in the body. Part of why you are there on Earth at this Time is to be in the body. Be in the body. You are there to experience everything there is to experience, which is why falling is not a bad thing. Too much in the head is not healthy, not balanced. Be. Feel. Come from the heart in a place of wisdom where you can hear Us. As the Buddha says, still the monkey mind and enjoy. Even pain is a path to salvation.

Michele:

I fell yesterday. It was raining, and the ground was slick, and my feet just went right out from under me. I admit it… I swore. Loudly. I was not happy that I fell. But I must agree that Archangel Michael is right on with His Message. I was fully present inside my body for the whole time my knee was hurting. And it was that kind of hurting where you are
