Stuffed French Toast
YOU’LL NEED:
1 loaf good briochebutternon-stick sauté panyummy granolaberry jampiping bagfrosting tip
FRENCH TOAST BATTER
4 eggs4 oz. whole milk½ oz. vanilla2 Tbsp. + 2 tsp. sugar1 tsp. nutmeg1 tsp. cinnamon2 tsp. salt¾ stick melted butter
DIRECTIONS
1. Melt the butter.
2. Crack the eggs into the vita mix.and pulse to break up the curd. Strain through a strainer.
