250g live, plain dairy yoghurt or plain vegan yoghurt2 ripe, medium-sized bananas, peeled30g rolled oats120g frozen mixed berries, defrosted80g muesli (no added sugar)20g mixed seeds – eg sunflower, pumpkin, poppy, linseed30g walnuts, chopped
