ELL it’s here again and in full force. Winter! I was never a fan of the colder months but these days I’ve learned how to embrace them and make the most of the cold, the wind and the rain in southern NSW. It gives me a chance to wear jeans, boots and some favourite jackets and jumpers. It’s also a chance to start the fire when there’s a cold snap. Many of us suffer from the winter blues
