    3 eggs
    100g golden caster sugar, plus extra for dusting
    100g plain flour
    ½ tsp baking powder
    ¼ tsp vanilla extract

    For the ice cream

    2 eggs, separated50g icing sugar1 vanilla pod150ml double cream
