Any small shaped pasta can be used in this recipe. Try replacing beef mince with pork or veal mince, and adding ⅓ cup chopped kalamata olives.

QUICK BEEF AND MUSHROOM PASTA

SERVES 4 PREP AND COOK: 20 MINS

375g small pasta curls
500g beef mince
1 red capsicum, finely chopped
200g punnet sliced mushrooms
785g jar tomato, onion and garlic pasta sauce
2 cups grated Tasty cheese
½ cup chopped fresh parsley

1 Cook pasta in a large stockpot of boiling, salted water until tender. Drain, reserving ½ cup of cooking water. Return pasta to stockpot. Cover to keep warm.
