Limoncello panna cottas with strawberry salsa
These delicate, but creamy and indulgent, puds are perfect to make in advance. Just add the fruity topping to finish them off.
SERVES 4 READY IN 15 mins, plus chilling
• ✱ 300ml double cream
✱ 250ml milk
✱ 50ml limoncello or orange liqueur
✱ 3tbsp caster sugar
✱ 3 leaves platinum-grade gelatine
✱ Zest ½ lemon

• ✱ 100g strawberries, hulled and thinly sliced or diced✱ ½tsp caster sugar✱ Juice ½ lemon
