Limoncello panna cotta with strawberry salsa
These delicate but creamy and indulgent panna cotta are a perfect make-ahead pud, the strawberry salsa finishing them off with a sophisticated flourish.
Serves 4 • Ready in 15 mins, plus setting
300ml double cream
250ml milk
50ml limoncello or orange liqueur
3tbsp caster sugar
3 leaves platinum-grade gelatine
Zest ½ lemon
