Budget buster dinners

Spicy dry-fried pork and beans

SERVES 6 PREP + COOK TIME 30 MINUTES

1½ tablespoons malt vinegar1½ tablespoons dark soy sauce1½ teaspoons cornflour2 tablespoons peanut oil600g green beans, trimmed, cut into 8cm lengths2 cloves garlic, crushed3 green onions, sliced thinly1 tablespoon grated ginger2 teaspoons chilli bean paste500g pork mince

1 Combine the vinegar, soy sauce, cornflour and ¼ cup (60ml) water in a small bowl.

Heat half the oil in large non-stick frying pan over
