MAIN OPTION 1

Crunchy Slaw with Tamari Dressing

Fresh and crunchy, everything you want in a side salad.

SLAW

1 cup each finely sliced green cabbage and red cabbage
1 cup julienned or thinly sliced carrots
2 spring onions, thinly sliced
toasted sesame seeds, to serve

TAMARI DRESSING

2 tablespoons tamari
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 teaspoons chilli sambal
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon fish sauce
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1 clove garlic, crushed

TAMARI DRESSING: Whisk all the ingredients together in a bowl. Set aside.

Toss all the vegetables together in a large bowl. Add enough dressing to coat well then transfer to a serving dish and sprinkle over the sesame seeds.
