Capella Indoor Cutting Show

As the afternoon sun drops into the western sky over the golf course its’ vivid rays beat in under the roof of the Capella Undercover Arena. This year that stark luminosity did not hold up proceedings at Capella Indoor Cutting Show. Early starts, a smooth-running show, and larger herds meant the programme rolled through to completion each day before the dreaded hour.

Kicking off on Friday afternoon with the Lively Physiotherapy $15,000 Novice event and the Wildhorse Cutting Inc. sponsored Open Non Pro event the Show followed early morning preworks. Regan Lyons etched his name on the $15, 000 Novice event, taking the blue ribbon with Graham Ross’ mare Lilblue Tapt Dancer on a mark of 74.5,
