he new Hunter Valley Cutting Horse Club committee has kicked off with a bang after hosting a one day show on the 26th of September in Scone. This year has proved to be one of finding our new normal. With the constant shift in direction, rules, events and way of life the test of running an event in these times is one that provides a list of new and ever-changing rules and regulations.
