FBOS (First Bike On Scene) was, and still is, a great initiative. Most people appreciate the value of first aid, although all too often this appreciation only occurs after the horse has left the stable. FBOS made it interesting, specific, and almost hardcore, and is celebrating two decades in 2023. The level of first aid knowledge within the motorcycling community has grown exponentially as a result.
When we are recruiting tour leaders we require FBOS as a minimum, although many of the team are far more qualified and experienced. It is also one of the skills that TOUCANs (Tour Leader Candidates) assume will be used
