1 teaspoon (4g) dried yeast1 teaspoon caster sugar2 tablespoons warm milk²/³ cup (180ml) warm water2 cups (300g) plain flour1 teaspoon salt1 tablespoon olive oil
1 Combine yeast, caster sugar, milk and water in a jug. Stand in a warm place until the mixture is frothy.
