500g extra lean beef mince
1 tablespoon Greek mixed herb seasoning (no added salt)
500g jar chunky tomato passata sauce
1 red onion, finely chopped
2 carrots, finely chopped
2 stalks celery, finely chopped
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tablespoon olive oil
60g bag spinach
4 slices wholemeal sourdough

1 In a large bowl, place beef mince, Greek seasoning and ¼ cup of the pasta sauce. Season with black pepper and mix well. Roll into 20 walnut-sized meatballs.
