Sticky peanut satay pork

SERVES 4 PREP + COOK TIME 25 MINUTES

4 pork cutlets¼ cup (60ml) kecap manis¼ cup (70g) crunchy peanut butter¾ cup (180ml) water1 teaspoon sambal oelek (or chilli sauce)1 tablespoon vegetable oil steamed rice, Asian greens, to serve

If you have time, remove pork from refrigerator 30 minutes before cooking.
