Sticky peanut satay pork
SERVES 4 PREP + COOK TIME 25 MINUTES
4 pork cutlets
¼ cup (60ml) kecap manis
¼ cup (70g) crunchy peanut butter
¾ cup (180ml) water
1 teaspoon sambal oelek (or chilli sauce)
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
steamed rice, Asian greens, to serve
1 If you have time, remove pork from refrigerator 30 minutes before cooking.
