BEEF CHOW MEIN

500g beef mince
30g sachet Continental Chow Mein Mince recipe base
400g packet Asian salad or stir-fry mixed vegetables
½ cup fresh coriander leaves
¼ cup unsalted cashews
1 Heat a lightly oiled, large, non-stick frying pan over a high heat. Add beef. Cook, breaking up mince with a wooden spoon, for about 5 minutes, or until changed in colour.
2 Stir in recipe base. Add the mixed vegetables.
3 Cook, stirring, over a medium heat for about 3 minutes, or until hot. Stir in coriander leaves and cashews.
Great idea
Chicken mince can be used instead of beef mince, and almonds instead of cashews.
