Asian Salmon Noodle Bowls

■ ¼ cup soy sauce
■ 1½ tblsps Sriracha sauce
■ ¼ cup honey
■ 460g packet (4) skinless salmon portions
■ 200g packet Pad Thai rice noodles
■ 300g bag Fine-Cut Coleslaw
■ 4 green spring onions, thinly sliced
■ ½ cup small fresh mint leaves
■ ½ cup Vietnamese salad dressing
■ 2 Lebanese cucumbers, peeled into thin ribbons
■ ¹⁄³ cup cashews, toasted, chopped
