SAVOURY TART
INGREDIENTS
■ 250g ham, cubed
■ 250g Cheddar cheese, grated
■ 1 small onion, grated or finely chopped
■ 2 eggs
■ 1 cup milk
■ 1 tsp mustard powder
■ 1 tbsp flour
■ Salt and pepper to taste
■ Fresh parsley, chopped
METHOD
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Mix together all the ingredients and spoon into one large round dish. You can also divide the mixture into a few small baking dishes instead. Bake for 45 minutes
