You might need to rest the dough for a few minutes between rolling as the gluten will make it stretch back. This stromboli is perfect served hot or sliced and eaten cold for lunches. You can mix and match your cheese and cured meat fillings or make it vegetarian with char-grilled eggplant, capsicum or artichokes in place of the meat.

SERVES 4 PREP + COOK TIME: 45 MINUTES + RESTING TIME

2 x 250g store-bought pizza dough
1 tablespoon store bought pesto
