8in round thin cake board

“You can make this piece straight on to your cake, or make ahead of time onto a board which you can add to a cake at a later date! I am using an 8in round thin cake board here”

MAKE THE IGLOO

1 Roll a ball of white sugarpaste so it is smooth. To flatten the bottom, gently push the ball down onto the work surface whilst moving the ball backwards and forwards in your hands. Smooth the sugarpaste into a smooth dome.
