THE RESOLUTIONS WE SHOULD ALL MAKE

You won’t be surprised to hear that last year, the most common resolutions in the UK were to lose weight (39% of those surveyed*), eat healthier (38%) and get fitter (36%). But while we may have had the best intentions on New Year’s Day, many of us won’t have made it further than the second Friday in January, also known as Quitter’s Day, for this very reason.
