CASHEW AND PORK BURGERS
We’ve swapped some of the pork in these tasty burgers for cashews – full of fibre, heart-healthy fats and protein.

✣ 250g 5% fat pork mince
✣ 200g sweet potato, grated
✣ 1 onion, grated
✣ 1tsp ground coriander
✣ 1tsp chicken seasoning
