Choc Banana Quinoa Pudding

Recipe / Kfibre

Serves: 4

1 cup uncooked white quinoa, rinsed well 500mL water
½ tsp vanilla extract
½ tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp maple syrup
250mL lactose-free milk
2 tsp Kfibre
100g (1 medium) firm banana, sliced
30g shaved dark chocolate

1. Combinequinoa, water, vanilla and cinnamon in a microwave-safe bowl.
