WALNUT AND SUNFLOWER SEED CRUNCHIES

These are a delicious lunchbox treat instead of a sugary biscuit. For a gluten-free version, replace the cake flour with a gluten-free flour mix and be sure to use gluten-free oats.

Preparation time: 15 minutes

Baking time: 18-20 minutes

Oven temperature: 180° C

♥ 200g rolled oats♥ 100g cake flour♥ 15ml baking powder♥ 100g coconut sugar (or raw brown sugar)♥ 100g chopped walnuts♥ 50g sunflower seeds♥ 2,5ml salt♥ 150g unsweetened peanut butter♥ 100g coconut♥ 100g honey♥ 2 large eggs
