“This is a fantastic quilt to practise curved seams on as there are two-hundred-and-eighty-eight of them! Don’t let that put you off though, the templates for cutting the Drunkard’s Path sections and the curved joining strips have points marked on them to make piecing those curved seams easier.

“The reason I designed the quilt with the extra strips was because it always bugs me that you can’t nest the two templates in a Drunkard’s Path block so as to make one curved cut. Adding a ½in strip between them does double the sewing in
