AT this most wonderfully indulgent time of year, it's easy to let routines slide and relish everything the festive season has to offer. Keeping good habits through Christmas time isn't straightforward, yet the professional riders cannot afford to let everything slip - providing inspiration for the rest of us.

Abi Lyle is well known for her disciplined approach to fitness, as well as being an international grand prix rider now representing Ireland on the world stage. With an Instagram following of over 23,000 (and counting), she has become an inspiration to many riders who aspire to improve their rider fitness. With big shows in the calendar for December, it doesn't look like Abi will be hanging up her running shoes for the Christmas period.
