She studied Kinesiology Pre-Health with Co-op option at the University of Waterloo. Dr. K wanted to incorporate her love of science, sport and health, so went on to study Naturopathic Medicine at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine. She was on the Sports Medicine shift.
