Carrot Cake Overnight Oats

MAKES 4 SERVINGS

Meal planning is a breeze with these easy oats that set overnight and become the perfect healthy breakfast by morning.

2 cups old-fashioned oats
3 tablespoons chia seeds
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon kosher salt
¼ teaspoon allspice
2 cups oat milk
½ cup Greek yogurt
¼ cup sorghum syrup
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
¾ cup shredded carrot
½ cup chopped toasted pecans
½ cup golden raisins
