Wild rice seasoning
50g butter
1 large (200g) brown onion, chopped coarsely
1 stalk celery (150g), trimmed, chopped finely
2 cloves garlic, crushed
⅓ cup (65g) wild rice
½ cup (125ml) dry white wine
1 cup (250ml) water
⅔ cup (130g) basmati rice
2 cups (500ml) chicken stock
