According to auction house, Giquello, the fossilized iguanodon skeleton stands 1.3 metres tall and three metres long making it “a dinosaur for a living room”. The prehistoric remains were discovered in 2019 during road-building on private land in Colorado. Believed to have lived more than 150 million years ago, the skeleton was restored by a team of Italian paleontologists and has been given the name of Zephyr.
