PHIL WHITE THE LUST FOR LIFE

He might not be everyone’s cup of tea, but for me Iggy Pop is a hero. At 74 years old, the rock legend remains one of music’s bad boys. With his band The Stooges he ripped up the rules of popular music. As a solo artist and arch collaborator, he continues to bestride that zone of my musical landscape like a shirtless, wrinkly and eternally-insouciant colossus.
