Double chocolate espresso muffins

200g (7oz) plain flour
4 tbsp cocoa powder
½ tsp salt
2½ tsp baking powder
75g (2¾oz) caster sugar
60ml (2fl oz) vegetable oil or use other tasteless oil
125ml (4½fl oz) plain yoghurt
2 free-range eggs
125ml (4½fl oz) Arctic Coffee
Intenso icing sugar, for dusting

1 Preheat the oven to 180°C/Gas Mark 4. Line a 12-hole muffin tin with muffin cases.
