SERVES 15 PREP & COOK 1 HOUR
■ ½ x 250g packet scotch finger biscuits, coarsely chopped
■ 200g dark cooking chocolate, broken into pieces
■ 150g unsalted butter, chopped
■ ¾ cup firmly packed brown sugar
■ 3 eggs
■ ²⁄³ cup plain flour
■ 2 tblsps cocoa powder
■ ¹⁄³ cup raspberry jam
■ 100g pink and white marshmallows, halved
