Part of its offering is its world-class golf course — it has hosted the Spanish Open on three occasions — but I am here to test out some treatments that have been specially designed to target stress and anxiety. As someone who finds it hard to unwind and switch off my thoughts, I am really looking forward to trying cryotherapy, which exposes you to sub-zero temperatures.
