BYE BYE LAWN, HELLO VEGGINESS

Whenever I looked out into my garden I couldn’t help but think about how I wasn’t making the most of my outdoor space. I’m fortunate to live in the countryside and have a decent-sized plot to work with, but apart from my two raised beds and greenhouse, the rest was just lawn!

I decided that 2022 was the year to transform my lawn into a veggie garden. With the help of my trusty Instagram community for inspiration, I quickly drew up a plan on what exactly I was going to do to have fresh vegetables that same summer.
