bread, crusts removed
1 Granny Smith apple,
peeled, cored, cut into
1cm-thick wedges
2 tblsps sultanas
Light thickened cream,
to serve

CUSTARD

4 eggs, lightly beaten 2 cups milk ¼ cup raw caster sugar 1 tsp ground cinnamon

Lightly spray six ovenproof dishes
