Russia's war in Ukraine is the big topic at the United Nations General Assembly and a number of related events this week. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy's prerecorded address happens on Wednesday, as does an in-person speech by President Biden. Russian President Vladimir Putin isn't expected to attend or provide a video address, though his foreign minister will speak Saturday.
