Content 70 % organic cotton,

30 % recycled polyamide.

50 g = 125 m.

Lana Grossa, Capri.

Content 55 % cotton, 30 % polyamide, 15 % silk.

50 g = 150 m.

3 (4) 5 (6) balls col 1 white.

Knitting needles:

Size 5mm and 5½mm

Crochet hook:

Size 3½mm

Tension:

18 sts and 26 rows = 10 x 10 cm in St st and stripe sequence on size 5½ mm needles.

When only one figure is given, it applies to all sizes.

Seed stitch Even number of sts.

Row 1 Selvage st, * K1, P1; rep from *, end selvage st.

Row 2 Selvage st, purl the knit sts and knit the purl sts, selvage st.

Rep row 2 for seed st.

St st K on RS, p on WS.

Eyelet patt Multiple of 2 + 2 selvage sts.

Row 1 (RS) Selvage st, * k2tog, yo; rep from *, end selvage st.

Row 2 (WS) Purl all sts and yos.

M1R = lift strand between sts from the back and knit this strand through the front loop

Stripe sequence Work 2 rows each Riserva and Capri alternately throughout.

Full-fashion increase On RS row M1R, 2 sts in from edge.

BACK

Cast on 94 (102) 108 (116) sts using 5mm needles and Riserva.

Beg and end with a WS row, work in seed st for 5 rows.

Change to 5½mm needles.

Work in st st and stripe sequence for 10 rows.

With Capri, work rows 1 and 2 of eyelet patt.

Cont in St st and stripe sequence and shape sides as foll Working full-fashion inc, inc 1 st at each end of 17th row, then every 16th row 2 times. [100 (108) 114 (122) sts] Work even until piece meas 44 (45) 46 (47) cm from cast-on, ending with a WS row.

Shape shoulders At each shoulder edge, at beg of row, cast off 2 (2) 3 (3) sts 1 time, then 2 sts 4 times and 3 sts 7 times (then 3 sts 11 times) then 3 sts 9 times and 4 sts 2 times (then 3 sts 5 times and 4 sts 6 times). Cast off rem 38 sts.

FRONT

Work same as back to shoulders. Shape shoulders same as for back and at same time, when piece meas 50 (51) 52 (53) cm from cast-on, shape neck as foll

Next row (RS) Cast off center 22 sts.

Working each side separately, cast off 4 sts at each neck edge 1 time, 2 sts 2 times.

No sts rem.

SLEEVES

Sleeves are picked up along armhole edge and worked down to cuff edge.

Arrow on schematic shows direction of work.

Sew shoulder seams.

Place markers 14 (15) 16 (17) cm down from shoulders on front and back.

With 5½mm needles, Riserva and RS facing, pick up and K 52 (56) 60 (64) sts evenly between armhole markers.

Purl 1 WS row.

Work in st st and stripe sequence and shape sleeve as foll Dec 1 st at each end of 16 (10) 8 (6)th row from pick-up row, then every 16th row 2 times (then every 10th row 3 times and then every 12th row 1 time) then every 8th row 6 times (thenevery 6th row 7 times and then every 8th row 1 time) = 46 sts. Work even until piece meas 25 cm from pick-up row, ending with a WS row. With size 5 mm needles and Riserva, work in seed st for 5 rows.

Cast off all sts.

FINISHING

Pin piece to measurements andblock. Sew side and sleeve seams.

Neck edging With 3½mm crochet hook and Capri, work 1 rnd dc [double crochet], then 1 rnd rev dc [work dc from left to right] around neck edge.

Content 42 % cotton, 25 % viscose, 25 % acrylic, 8 % linen. 100 g = 285 m.

4 (4) 5 (5) balls – col 1095.0002 green-yellow-rose.

Knitting needles:

Size 3½ and 4 mm.

Circular needle size 3½ mm (80 cm)

Tension:

Eyelet Pattern, 4 mm needles 19 sts = 10 cm, 28 rows = 10 cm.

Stockinette st, 4 mm needles 20 sts = 10 cm, 28 rows = 10 cm.

Rib st

3½ mm needles K1p1 rib

Row 1 (RS) p1 (edge st), *K1, P1, rep from * to the last 2 sts, K1, p1 (edge st).

Row 2 (WS) K1(edge st), *P1, K1, rep from * to the last 2 sts, P1, K1(edge st).

Rep rows 1 & 2 for rib st.

Eyelet pattern

4 mm needles Eyelet pattern, according to chart.

The chart shows the RS rows.

On WS rows purl all sts.

Repeat rows 1 – 4.

Stockinette st

4 mm needles stockinette st = k on RS, p on WS.

Twisted rib

4 mm needles Twisted rib Row 1 (RS) *P1, k1tbl (knit 1 through back loop), rep from * to the last st, p1.

Row 2 (WS) K1, *p1tbl (purl 1 through back loop), K1, rep from * to end.

Note Garments knitted with yarn composed of viscose should be made quite short, as they will tend to stretch with wear, growing longer.

BACK

Cast on 125 (133) 141 (149) sts using 3½mm needles.

Row 1 (RS) p1 (edge st), *K1, P1, rep from * to the last 2 sts, K1, P1 (edge st).

Row 2 (WS) K1(edge st), *P1, K1, reP from * to the last 2 sts, P1, K1(edge st).

ReP rows 1 & 2 until ribbng measures 2 cm.

Change to 4mm needles, begin working charted eyelet Pattern and stockinette st and dec on the first row work 4 (2) 11 (10), k2tog, * work 4 (4) 3 (3), k2tog, reP from * to the last 5 (3) 13 (12) sts, work 5 (3) 13 (12) sts = 20 (22) 24 (26) sts decreased, and arrange pattern as follows K1(edge st), 8 sts eyelet pattern (work the st before the pattern repeat and finish with the st after the pattern repeat), 13 (16) 19 (22) sts stockinette, 20 sts eyelet pattern (begin with the st before the pattern repeat, rep pattern 3 times and finish with the st after the pattern repeat), 21 sts stockinette, 20 sts eyelet pattern, 13 (16) 19 (22) sts stockinette, 8 sts eyelet pattern, K1(edge st).

Continue with 105 (111) 117 (123) sts, work even until back measures 17 cm.

SLEEVE

Cast on additional sts for sleeve cast on 1 st at each end of the row, then 1 st again after 4 rows and after 2 rows, cast on 2 sts at the end of the next 4 rows, then 3 sts at the end of the next 4 rows, 5 sts at the end of the next 2 rows, 7 sts at the end of the next 2 rows and 8 stsat the end of the next 4 rows. [187 (193) 199 (205) sts]
