Juicy Lucy burger
MAKES 8 PREP + COOK TIME 55 MINS
1kg minced beef (see tip)
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
4 cloves garlic, crushed
1 ¼ cups (125g) coarsely grated mozzarella (see tip)
¾ cup (80g) coarsely grated cheddar
1 tablespoon olive oil
8 burger buns, split, toasted
1/3 cup (95g) Dijon mustard
8 small lettuce leaves
2 large tomatoes, sliced thinly
1/3 cup (120g) tomato sauce
4 gherkins, sliced thinly lengthways
1 small onion, halved, sliced thinly
1 Combine the minced beef, Worcestershire sauce and garlic in a large bowl. Season.
