To be (LGBTQ+ supporters) or not to be (LGBTQ+ supporters) is the question that corporates and businesses need to be asking themselves. In 2019 LGBTQ+ adults held a combined buying power of approximately $3,7 trillion globally. Given this statistic, perhaps the question we should be asking ourselves as the LGBTQ+ community is whether should we not be concentrating our buying power and focus our spending on those companies that not only support our community but that “walk the talk”, especially where their staff, products and company ethos are concerned.
