In June the company was acquired by global infrastructure software powerhouse, Bentley Systems, for more than $1 billion, with the appointment of new CEO Graham Grant the same month along with strategic acquisitions of four international geological software companies - Aarhus Geosoftware, Imago, Minalytix and AR2Tech.
