Caramel Strawberry and Apple Brioche Pies

4 brioche burger buns, split
²⁄³ cup caramel spread,
plus extra to serve
200g fresh strawberries, sliced
2 Granny Smith apples,
thinly sliced
1 Lightly spray a 4-hole (¹⁄³-cup capacity) pie maker with oil.
2 Press four bun halves into pie maker holes. Spoon 1 tblsp of caramel spread into each. Top with half the strawberries. Then half the apple slices (about 3 slices in each). Close lid.
