FILO PLUM AND CUSTARD TARTS
Using filo is a lighter way to make a crispy base for roasted fruit and creamy-tasting custard filling.
PER SERVING

✣ 1 sheet filo pastry, cut in half
✣5 plums, halved and stoned
✣ 1tbsp clear honey
✣ Splash rosé wine (or white)
✣150ml (5fl oz) low-fat
custard
✣2tbsp low-fat natural
yogurt
✣ Dash of vanilla extract
✣ 1tbsp pistachios, toasted
and chopped
