FILO PLUM AND CUSTARD TARTS

Using filo is a lighter way to make a crispy base for roasted fruit and creamy-tasting custard filling.

PER SERVING

132 cals, 3g fat, 1g sat fat, 20g carbs

SERVES 4

1 sheet filo pastry, cut in half

5 plums, halved and stoned

1tbsp clear honey

Splash rosé wine (or white)

150ml (5fl oz) low-fat
custard

2tbsp low-fat natural
yogurt

Dash of vanilla extract

1tbsp pistachios, toasted
